Deadline for Comments to FDA on Medical Product Exports is Feb. 16

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is asking for comments on reporting requirements from companies planning to export medical products to countries that need a special certificate from the agency, according to a notice published in the Federal Register.

Comments can be sent electronically to www.regulations.gov, or written comments to Division of Dockets Management (HFA- 305), Food and Drug Administration, 5630 Fishers Lane, Room 1061, Rockville, MD 20852.
 
All comments should be identified with docket number HFA-305. The deadline is Feb. 16
